THE SHOW
That Blues Show is about Blues from today to the Delta. It showcases the latest winners of international Blues challenges and Blues Music Awards to a little slice of Chicago, some foot-stomping Boogie, great talent here in the UK and of course the journey to the Deep South.

I would often listen to a wide variety of music on the radio as a child but I heard a Lead Belly  song called 'The bourgeois blues' performed by Ry Cooder and that was the crossroads where the Blues kidnapped my heart and it was Goodnight Irene after that.

The Journey of the Blues is a long one and made up of many stories. I would love to hear yours. Tell me you got time for the Blues?
